I have recently undrgone MTP of 6weeks and had an ultrasound aftr 10 days that says there is still prodcts remaining and is still in the upper abdomen area.and says it is 18X13.5X10.4 mm in size.is D&C mandatory? or can an extra dose of misoprostol work?

Hello there. I can understand your concern. If the products of conception aren't out , they will have to be removed by D and C. Extra dose of misoprostol won't work.
