I got into diseases very soon whenever atmosphere changes and everytime i have cold.i m always suffer from disease. i had typhoid and chicken pokes .

As u have mentioned your complaints I suspect that you have a weak immune system. Kindly get a complete blood count test along with a Esr test. If the test shows low Wbc count it suggests a weak immune system or if the Esr is high it suggests an allergic reaction. Your cold is because of the climate change.

To avoid running nose please drink warm water; cover yourself with warm clothes and use a face mask atleast when you are travelling so that the cold breeze won't aggravate the cold. Consult the doctor if the symptoms persist or if there is any abnormality in the investigation report which I have mentioned.
