--- Hello, based on your symptoms, it seems that prolonged use of headphones at high volumes might have caused temporary discomfort or slight imbalance due to ear strain. This can sometimes happen when the ear is subjected to continuous pressure or noise, leading to issues such as mild ear pain or imbalance. To help alleviate this, I recommend the following steps: 1. Avoid using headphones for the next few days to give your ears a rest. 2. Ensure you're listening at lower volumes in the future, as high volumes can damage the delicate structures of the ear. 3. Apply a warm compress to the outer ear for 10-15 minutes to soothe any discomfort. 4. Stay hydrated and avoid caffeine or salty foods, as these can contribute to inner ear pressure and imbalance. 5. If symptoms persist or worsen, it’s essential to have a proper evaluation for an accurate diagnosis. For further guidance and a detailed examination, please consult me for better evaluation and treatment. You can also WhatsApp me at eight, zero, zero, nine, eight, two, one, three, three, two. --- .

You should visit an ENT specialist who will examine your ear for any tympanic membrane damage. Also look out for any pus or serous discharge from that ear.
