I've been having a strange feeling occur too me for about 2 years not but the doctor I went to has yet to figure out what is wrong with me. I am 17 and when this feeling occurs my bpm goes up to 120. The symptoms I feel is lightheadedness confusion shortness of breath dizziness and fatigue.
