Im 5 weeks pregnant with brown spotting

Hi, I have four positive pregnancy tests and I'm currently at 5 week pregnancy. Today I saw a slight spotting on the tissue when wiped off and see brown mucus being discharged in my vagina. Please let me know if this is normal. I'm really worried :(
