IgE levels at around 1200.

Every night having itching and rashes forming on body becoming difficult to sleep. Have asthma history. I have approached couple of doctors in Hyderabad. One suggested to use oral steroids and other suggested to use Immuno supprents. Could you please let me know which is the best way to get the levels down to normal without any SIDE EFFECTS.
