I have mole on the chin since birth , please identify what type of mole is it. Is it necessary to remove ?

Firstly, by picture only, one can't comment on the type of mole. Clinical examination is needed. Secondly, what benefit will you get by knowing the type of mole!! The treatment is to be done by your doctor. Regarding the necessity of removal, it depends on your symptoms, progression of the lesion & clinical features.
