I had extraction of 4 premolars and was undergone braces  in both upper and lower teeth as suggested by dentist because lt didn't look good when I smiled... So I tried to smile with close lips that looked bad too...otherwise no other problem was there exept that after closing mouth lips look just swollen...but from 6-7moths before removal of braces l started feeling pain like pressure in my lower jaw which continues even after removal of braces and open bite problem, little space of premolars and bands also there,and  stammering problem. Now I m bearing retainers but with these I am also feeling same...
