How much i can reduce weight in one month. Plz send diet plan ..i want to reduce 17 kg..plz help me to reduce it

In a month approx 4-5 kgs will go . Eat homemade healthy food . Nowadays prblm is junk sweets , outside fried food, unhealthy salty snacks and soda drinks stay hydrated . Eat more fruits n vegetables daily .. start making healthy choices n you will get best health n shape as a bonus . Eat well live Nutrigenious.
