I want to lose 10 kg.

Hi Sir/ Mem I am 31 years old and my height is 5'10' cm. My weight is 93 kg. Now i want to reduce 10 to 15 kgs. Please tell me what can i do for that??? Suggest me diet plan. and what other activities i can do for that. thanks

Take high fiber low fat diet. Drink lot of water everyday. Take small and frequent meals at regular intervals of 2-3 hrs. Avoid outside food completely. Ask me directly for customized diet plan for you.

Hello, Please start with the below things. 1. Fix 45-60 mins of walking or any exercise 2. Cut down all junk, processed and fried foods. Cut down maida based foods and sugar. 3. Have small meals by cutting down portions by 20% from how much you eat now, and have 2 snacks in between. Snacks can be fruits, sprouts, nuts, egg or boiled pulses. Include more protein rich foods in your main meals. 4. Have dinner before 7pm and eat very light for dinner. Have boiled vegetables and buttermilk/curd. 5. Drink at least 2.5-3 liters water daily. Please start making small changes and do it consistently. All the best
