Please start with the below things.
1. Fix 45-60 mins of walking or any exercise
2. Cut down all junk, processed and fried foods. Cut down maida based foods and
sugar.
3. Have small meals by cutting down portions by 20% from how much you eat now, and have 2 snacks in between. Snacks can be fruits, sprouts, nuts, egg or boiled pulses. Include more protein rich foods in your main meals.
4. Have dinner before 7pm and eat very light for dinner. Have boiled vegetables and buttermilk/curd.
5. Drink at least 2.5-3 liters water daily.
