I want to burn my belly fat.

I am 5'10" and my weight is 68. My belly is coming out for no reason. Please suggest me a way to burn the belly fat without altering my weight.

Start abdominal crunches everyday . As soon as you wake up and 15 min before you very meal . That would be enough to take care of your belly with in 15-20 days itself . All the best
