I have white lines on the inside of my cheek. And it has been there for more than a week. Is it cancer? Will it go away if I quit smoking?

If u can click pic. of this white line, it may be easy to answer. but it could be fungal infection of skin due to too much perspiration or could be a stria due to too much fat collection in that areae.it does not have any relation with smoking. but to clear yr doubts better u consult a dermatologist.
