Hello. 10tabs of Dolo means 6.5grams it is toxic dose but generally not fetal.    I would suggest start N-acitylecystine tablets as early as possible you will have to tell me your weight so that I could tell how much is to be taken.    If possible get get a stomach lava GE done You will also need some lab tests especially LFT.
