I have one small blister on my penis

A couple of weeks ago my penis got a little irritated and swollen, and I noticed that smegma or a white layer started forming continuously on my penis, around the corona, I also developed one small blister in that area as well. Unfortunately this happened after I had unprotected sexual intercourse so I am not sure if it is an STD or an infection.
