It started after when I took allopathy pills for malaria it is not too much but my stools are very loose and almost watery I cannot eat things with capsasin as it causes me very loose and watery stools I'm loosing weight because of this I'm very thin now no treatment worked permanently it only caused constipation for 2-3 days

Well I would suggest to you take wysolone if it was advised and also taper it down as per the instructions...As for the losses motions generally we give loperamide if of non infectious type and also start with antibiotics like ornidazole with oflox and SPOROLAC to enhance the strength of gut...Thank you
