I have a spot or a bump in my perineal area (gouch). The area between my balls and anus just to be specific. I can't really see it but its there. It doesn't hurt I just randomly felt it one time whilst I was taking a shower. I also have cut my balls whilst trimming. Its very embarrassing but I am too scared to consult a doctor in person. Its a very small cut and I did it with scissor. There is no pain and I have cleaned and applied my saliva on it. It just hurts a little when I move it. There are no signs of infection so far and it has been about a day or two.
