I had operation in 2013 of near to shoulder after that I was ok but now from that pray of body I had pain in shoulder and my right hand also

Avoid any quick over head movement of your shoulder . If your work involves prolonged sitting and system usage , then consider cushioning your elbow to reduce impact , usage of right Ergonomic chair is re omended .
