I get weakness anywhere and anytime. I am working for a call center and shift is not fixed. I am not able to eat due to weakness. My body becomes cold and I only feel like getting onto the bed when I get it

Hello there.  I can understand your concern.  This is a common thing people experience while working odd shifts. Tab. Neurobion forte once a day after food for a month.  Tab.  D3 must 60k once a week for 12 weeks. Consult a general physician in person for further evaluation and management. Best regards.
