I forgot taking my spine tb tab

I forgot taking my spine tb tab last night. I generally take it at 11.30pm when i woke up at 6 am i realized i have not taken them so i have taken it now at 6am instead of 11pm. What to do i m really stressed out. Because i googled it says u can skip it but thrs nowhwre written u must take it. Plz help me. Out
