Since two year M trying to conceive.bt M nt conceive.did complete all fertility test I.e hsg ,tb gold,lhs,rhs,urine rountine,ecg,esr,rubella etc.all test r normal.my husband test report 55million sperm count.also done 3times iui procedure.done every month follical studies.bt all r fail.having one overy right cyst.44cm.

Hi, functional ovarian cyst can occur at any age, but are much more common in women of reproductive age group, kindly undergo further evaluation for ovarian cyst. & it may leads to complications like rupture, torsion, bleeding if not treated properly & i don't think it is 44cms huge..
