HLA B27 patient has Uveitis as most common involvement of eye. Please check with a opthalmologist for treatment and follow up. And do get a Xray LS spine with SI joint , or MRi, CT. This imaging study is required to see any spinal involvement. Don't be hopeless people with this ailments can lead normal life . For any queries please do consult me. Take care
