I am 9 weeks pregnant and i eat chinise munchirian which contained ajinomoto ,i was not aware it contains ajinimoto i just eat it once is it ok or will it cause some problems

Hello dear user if you take once a while it don't harm you but it is better to avoid in future and  eat healthy diet like milk and milk products  and greens like spinach, apples,  and avoid intercourse.
