First question is whether the first baby birth was a normal delivery or a Caesarean . My  advice is that you should consult a Gynecologist in your area who is willing to supervise your MTP  and help you in case there is a complication.

You’ll need to first get a scan done to confirm pregnancy is inside the uterus and whether it is corresponding to your dates. And since it is earlier than 7 weeks you can have a medical termination of pregnancy which will be advised by a gynaecologist.
