There are lot of cause for hypothyroidism. Ayurveda treatment depends on how long you are suffering with the disease, your body constitution or nature, your appetute, bowel movements, mode of life etc. But you can try to beat some common symptoms of hypothyroidism without medicines. The nature of hypothyroidism is to put on weight, so you can do workouts or go for walk or yoga daily. Then you may suffer with contipation, so try to take light food which are easily digestible, fibre rich food. Avoid food which are too cold and too hot. Following these along with other medications helps you to reduce the TSH value and maintain good health. But never stop medicines without doctors advice.
Next Steps
For proper ayurveda treatment and adivce, consult a doctor with past 3 medical reports.
Health Tips
avoid cabbage, cauliflower, junk foods, icecreams.

Just tsh levels are not sufficient to completely assess your thyroid health. You are currently on a pretty high dose of thyroxine despite which your tsh is quiet high . This is pointing more towards autoimmune thyroid disease for which you can follow HAIP DIET based on the anti-inflammatory principles of Ayurveda.  Also a Proper consult is required to guide you through the process of healing, because ayurvedic formulations can just be a supportive treatment here, the main thing which will work in your case is correcting the diet and managing stress levels. To manage stress follow the Rebalancing techniques mentioned in HAIP DIET Cookbook.
