Hello..
You seem to have developed lethargy...I would suggest you to go about from changes in habits....first thing is make sure that you sleep atleast for 8 hours..night time sleep...in the afternoon you can take a nap of 20-30 min...you beet hit the bed early..and also engage yourself in some activities like jogging ,cycling , waking so that you can be active through out the day. .do not eat very heavy food...thank you
