Good afternoon sir...my doctor recommended me Kz lotion and Candid-B lotion for dandruff and rashes in hair...but i forgot to ask how to use them ....plz tell me if u can

KZ is to be used as a shampoo for scalp wash 2-3 times in a week and candid -B can be applied over scalp at night for recommended days.All the best
