Depends on the c-section and vaginal delivery!!if you have had c-section then you should avoid vigorous exercise till 6months or if you are feeding your baby then you shouldn't do any diet plan till your baby stops feeding!!!! explain your details to any obgy so that she/he can explain you clearly!!
Females do have fat accumulated over the tummy, which seems more obvious after delivery. Avoid spicy food and decrease ur calories by avoiding carbohydrates in ur food. Isometric exercise
