hello. there are many oral contraceptives available in India. for names you need to visit a doctor , cannot give names here. few side effects are - weight gain, nausea, sore or swollen breasts, spotting between periods, lighter periods, mood changes etc. otherwise that are safe and if taken properly, they are 99% effective in preventing pregnancy. regards.
