HOW HCV ANTIBODY -EV IF PCR IS -EV

Hello, dear Dr., I am 30 years old married male with 2 babies boys (6 feet, 94 KG) I just found positive in HCV antibody test but when I tested my PCR HCV (quantitative) that was undetectable means that I don't have HCV disease so I don't need treatment. so, my question is that how my HCV antibody test becomes negative, is there any medicine for this purpose?
