Recently I've been in Japan and only starting yesterday I've been feeling extremely fatigued, having a bit of trouble breathing, and going through cycles of hot flush, dizziness and numbness. I also haven't had much of an appetite and when I eat I feel even sicker in the sense that I feel dizzier and have a harder time breathing
