HIV from Potassium Alum at Barber Shop

Is there any chances of HIV transmission through used Potassium Alum at barber shop? I have one pimple maybe it cut while shaving from a new blade at barber shop from where some blood come out, barber immediately spray water on my face and applies that Potassium alum to stop it(this Potassium Alum was not used for about 5 to 10 minutes at least), later I feared with thought that maybe it was a used alum. I am not afraid of death but I have Mom, Dad and My Little Sister whom I have to support.
