High PDW,WBC & HCT IN CBC TEST

Good Evening Dr. On CBC blood test report my PDW IS 17.1 , WBC is 11.4 while normal range is 4 to 9 & HCT is 41.8 while normal ratio is 34 to38. Please advice and give a valuable suggestion.
