High level SGOT and SGPT in pregnancy
My wife is 26 week pregnant And her glucose Level after 2hr challenge is 140.8 and also she has AFI 20.5 ,SGOT 164.2 and SGPT 211.9. Please Suggeat if there any complications. Also baby is showing good devlopement in scan.

She needs to be put on diabetic diet, and then repeat sugar level (FBS AND PPBS) after a week. If that is not controlled then she needs to be out on meds. Liquor is on a higher side due to sugar. Liver enzymes are also quite high. Is she having Itching all over body? Did she have any fever?
