Well looking at your tests I can say that your total counts are slightly on higher end..it's less likely to be viral infection or chicken gunya with total counts like that as in viral usually the counts will be in lower side of normal range or less than that...the doc has prescribed you antibiotics and multivitamin.. complete the medicine..make sure that you have water well.thank you follow up with the doctor...
