I am obese and have pre-diabetes and pcos.last month I did my cbc test and WBC is quite high and esr is also high. Esr was 29 mm/hr. Tlc is 12.76 thou/ mm3 ,rdw is 14.90%,RBC is 4.86milli/mm3, lymphocytes is 3.24 thou/mm3 and neutrophils is 8.72 thou / mm3 .these are on higher side whereas other elements of cbc are normal. These are last month report and these test were done when I was having my heavy period. I didn't had any symptoms like fever that time . Want to clarify that are they indicating cancer?? Is it cancer.

No cancer, but u should take care of body wt . Otherwise there can be conception problems after marriage. Reducing weight drastically helps  in PCOS. metformin can be considered. Consult for further management.

That's no where fitting into cancer dear. Don't panic. ESR can be falsely high in obese people. Secondly,  there is a possibility that you might be having a PID last month  which has got symptomatically resolved for now, giving upu high TLC. I need to know if you took any medications for the same, details of antibiotics. For your satisfaction sake , you can repeat Complete hemogram after that.
