Hello there.  I can understand your concern.  So whats with the high eosinophil count? For fever and pain you could take a tab. Paracetamol 650 thrice a day after food for 2 days. Syp. Asthakind -ls 5ml thrice a day after food. Tab. L-cin 500 once a day after food for 3 days.
