Hi i am aadi my diabeties as checked at home found out to be 473 And was having symptoms as shortness of breath and drowsiness the again I checked after eating remmo approx 4 hr later it came to be 450 am I safe..?

Hi Having blood sugar 450 is not safe. This can lead to diabetic keto acidosis which can be a serious condition. You also be prone to severe infections.
