High CRP ESR and uric ACID

3 days back I have severe pain in my right foot joint. I have taken Febutaz 80 once and zeerodol SP twice. I have under gone CRP, ESR and Uric acid and results were 108.73, 46 & 9.35 respectively. I have recovered from covid 19 a month back. I am worried about my test results what to do. Plz suggest.
