Herniated disc surgery

I'm having herniated disc at l4/l5 and l5/s1. Physiotherapy hasn't helped, took nerve root block injection also, but no help. Doctor has suggested surgery, what are the chances I continue with non surgical treatments and get better.

Hi. If you are having pain in back , lower limbs and finding it difficult to continue your day to day activities, you should get your MRI spine done. If the scan shows significant narrowing of canal than surgery is the option.
Next Steps
Get an MRI WHOLE SPINE done
Health Tips
Avoid bending forward and do physiotherapy till then.
