Liver size is 154mm with normal echo texture .intrahepatic vessels and biliary channels are not seen dilated.no focal parenchymal lesion seen.Gall bladder is optimally distended.lumen shows multiple mobile calculi(4mm).walls are normal in thickness.no pericholecystic collection is noted.plz suggest is there any life threatening risk like occurrence of cancer ??
