Hello there.  I can understand your concern.  You need to sit in a tub of warm water to which you can add some dettol or savlon. Do it twice or thrice a day. Have a high fiber diet. Avoid oily and spicy foods.  Drink plenty of fluids. Do not sit for long. Do not strain for stools. Kindly consult a general surgeon in person for further evaluation and management.  Best regards. Dr. Anil kumar jain. Bangalore.

Hi..... Soak regularly in a warm bath or sitz bath. Soak your anal area in plain warm water 10 to 15 minutes two to three times a day.... Apply cold. Apply ice packs or cold compresses on your anus to relieve swelling.... With these treatments, hemorrhoid symptoms often go away within a week. See your doctor if you don't get relief in a week, or sooner if you have severe pain or bleeding. Consult surgeon.... ....
