My height is 4.11 i always have to wear heels n dt is awkwrd sm times plz tell me something to increase height it is essential for me ...my mom is 4.11 n my dad is 5.4 .. plz help me

Hey ,since your parents are short your short , height depends on average height of parents , you can do swimming ,cycling which can increase your height minimally .
