I'm aashi gupta My age is 20. I'm 5'4" in height But I'm not satisfied. I want to increase more in height. Please help me doctor. Can I grow at this age? I read it online about peak height capsules Can I take that or it would affect me negatively. Please tell if that pills are goo to increase height.

Hello wello your height would have peaked at your growth spurt ages.. it would be actually after your meanarche.. I would not suggest you to take any sort of pills as it is not recommended by doctors and does have side effects... Cannot take them and unless you have any hormone issues
