Iam 21 year old male. Weight 70kg and height 163cm.  My dream is to join Indian army. But Iam short and my height didnt meet the height criteria to join Army(170cm). Is it possible to gain few inches at this age? Can anyone grow after 21. I started listening to subliminals and affrimation for height growth in YouTube. Tq.
