I am. Having heavy periods since 4-5 months. Earlier I never used to use xl pads buy now I use. It's making me anaemic. I feel weak, leg pain.I got the blood test done also, haemoglobin was less pic attached. . Recently was under stress a lot. I do yoga. What is the cause of heavy blood periods and what should I do.

Heavy periods is hereditary but there can be other reasons like hormonal issues or uterine fibroids , etc. It will require further investigations Also, it is very essential to treat your anaemia otherwise it can seriously damage ur health
