I always get heavy and continuous cold irrespective of the season, will like to know what should I avoid on the food? e.g. fruits, curd etc.?

Hello there.  I can understand your concern.  You might be allergic to some specific allergen. That needs to be found out and eliminated. But thats a very tedious process.
