Heart rate goes up after eating

After eating any type of food, my heart rate jumps up. Earlier I thought junk food is contributing. But since three days I am eating only home-made food but still my heart rate after eating goes to 110 120.. I have to sit down for 20 minutes to calm the heart down and then begin. Washing my hands and other Work. I was put on pantosec n ulgel n metaprol for 15 days, but heart rate has not improved. This fast heart causes me palpitations and pounding. Plz suggest me what to do? I believe that gas gets trapped n puts pressure inside the system maybe diaphragm n that increases hr but not aure
