Hello... Altered sleep rhythm causes lot of problem like fatiguability ,lack of interest, it may aggravate migraine also ... It better if she does day shift ....she should avoid having coffee or tea in excess.. Rest for sometime, close your eyes during each episode of migraine attack . Regular exercise ,weight reduction helps in better control of pcos.
