I slipped and after that day one side of my head pain so much It had been six months i slipped in bathroom so dangerous ly and after half hr. I wake up.. No blood came.. And slipped at one side that side of headache and even i feel dizzines

Please get an MRI of the head done to rule out any internal injury and consult a neurologist with the report.
