Hello dr. I am 25 years old. Since 7 to 8 days i am having headache(forehead) which is continues. And dizziness(with slight vision problem) from yesterday. Last month i got my blood report done which says i have lack of vitamin b12 n vitamin d. So my dr suggested me medicines. Now i have stopped taking it. I am very much worried. What should be the reason? Please guide. Thank you.
